While most of Australia spent the holiday break surviving the recent bombardment of heatwaves across the country, the Saasu Labs team were hard at work (in the shelter of air conditioning, when reverting to shorts was insufficient to battle the heat), preparing enhancements and features for upcoming releases.
As a welcome-back-to-work gift for our customers, they’ve already made some of these available. The most notable of these is some of the behind-the-scenes work completed in the reports section of the application.
As previously mentioned, refactoring the product to improve overall experience was a large focus for us in 2012. This recent work has resulted in an exponential improvement in performance for the multi-month profit and loss and trial balance reports.
This will be particularly noticeable on files with large amounts of data to process. So we hope, as with all updates, this helps improve your daily efficiency and productivity.

You can handle this in Saasu. When you apply a payment you can apply it to multiple invoices at one. Just go to Add > Sale Payment and search for your contact and click “show”. Just get in touch with service if you need detailed help with that.

We require a batch payment received for the one deposit received for payment of sometimes over 50 invoices.
