We love our community and we love it when people contribute things to make it grow.
Over at Ideegeo, Lenz and the team have done just that with the open source release of their Perl library for Saasu. Open source really fits with our values and we love to see companies using our tools to serve their needs and help others. Community is a big part of Saasu and we are working to make it bigger and better. With companies like Ideegeo, this job is made much easier and demonstrates the excellent value that a community supported initiative can provide.
The team at Ideegeo have recently migrated from Xero to Saasu so they are in early stages of developing the Perl library. As they delve into Saasu in more detail the library will grow and evolve.
You will find the library at CPAN—perhaps you can be inspired to start contributing to the community. If you do, we would love to hear from you.
Integration with Google would be great- especially to quickly add all clients details in & for adding purchases,- be good if we could just right directly in contact box,- especially if they won’t be used again,- instead of having to go through 2 drop down boxes to right Company name in. In the Templates for Invoicing/receipts, being able to make it colour would look a lot more professional & being able to pick designs, than it just being in b&w
Otherwise Finding Saasu Great to use, & easy to keep up to date with all things business
As an SBE end-user I +1 Aaron’s comments about Google Contacts and Calendars. As things stand I have to do double data entry of client and referrer details.
Also being able to link Saasu tasks (reporting mainly) to Calendar reminders would be great.
OR, Saasu could produce a Channel on If This Then That! https://ifttt.com/wtf

Great work team! Loving the community of Saasu and the continual enhancements
Looking forward to seeing the updated GUI when it goes live!
I’d love to see an in house 2 way integration between Google Gontacts and Saasu, and perhaps Google Calendar as well. I know that Onesaas handles this, however there is nothing like the feel of it done without the need of using another company.
This is the biggest hesitation by far of my clients using Saasu instead of Xero
Good stuff Glav – community FOR THE WIN.
Keep up the great work.
Best,
