Invitbox converts invoices into transactions

invitbox workflow in saasu

If you are like most small businesses you receive lots of email and paper based invoices, orders and receipts. Invitbox is an online mailbox, approval system and filing-cabinet for invoices.

It’s a really simple system with some high tech software doing the grunt work for you. You or your suppliers simply email your invoices in PDF format to yourco@invitbox.com and within seconds Invitbox strips out all the data and presents the invoice to you for approval. Your transactions then transfer over to Saasu via what’s called API’s. Saasu’s Add-on’s and connectors mostly use Saasu’s API.

Invitbox also files the invoice for you in an online filing cabinet. Here’s a detailed explanation or check out the PDF Brochure.

When you look at the labour cost of entering data it’s a lot cheaper to use Invitbox for less than the price of a stamp. It is another great labour saver for internal and external bookkeepers.

Stop minding your business. Automate it!

I’ve just signed up with Invitbox – cool stuff. Just a suggestion – You should add invitbox to your dictionary in your program so you don’t get the ugly red squiggly line underneath the word (looks yuck).

    Cheers Mike

Great idea. However given that users still need to double-check and approve the invoices, I’m not sure that the pricing actually does make it much cheaper than just manually entering invoice data in the first place? I suspect you’ll get a LOT more sign-ups with revisited pricing – ie, it then becomes a no-brainer to switch to your service. Good luck with it.
