As part of our continued growth we were fortunate to appoint Peter J Cooper as CEO earlier this year. You may have seen the industry press release at the time and you would certainly have seen a lot of changes he has already driven for us and his regular blog contributions.
Peter has over twenty years financial technology experience most of which has been in senior international roles with blue chip firms. He has also led two globally successful Australian based high growth financial technology firms. His long term incentives were formally ratified by the board and shareholders this week. We welcome Peter aboard.
